... The flood advisory will expire at 300 am CDT for northern Lynn and
southeastern Lubbock counties...

The heavy rain has ended across the advisory area, although light to
moderate rainfall will persist through at least 4 am. Any minor
flooding of streets and area roadways that resulted from the heavy
rain may be slow to recede. However, the greatest threat has ended
and the advisory will be allowed to expire.
