The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
Williamson County in south central Texas...
eastern Caldwell County in south central Texas...
eastern Travis County in south central Texas...
Bastrop County in south central Texas...
western Lee County in south central Texas...

* until 215 am CST

* at 1217 am CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one to two inches of rain has already
fallen. Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected in
areas where there has been little or no rainfall and another one
half to three quarters of an inch in areas currently seeing
rainfall.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Taylor,
Elgin, Bastrop, Smithville, Granger, Austin Bergstrom int ap,
Anderson Mill, Windemere, serenada, Hutto, Manor, Florence,
Jarrell, Mustang Ridge and Thrall.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* at 1138 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. One to two inches of rain has fallen in many
areas and will continue to move across the entire area during the
next few hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Austin, San Marcos, Kyle, Lockhart, Buda, Luling, Wimberley,
Tanglewood Forest, Bee Cave, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood,
Martindale, Uhland, Mustang Ridge, Niederwald, Bear Creek, Staples,
Barton creek, Fentress and Shady Hollow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* at 1121 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. One to two inches of rain may hae already
fallen and another 1 to 2 inches will fall in areas where the
rainfall has just started.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Marble Falls, Burnet, Wimberley,
Dripping Springs, blanco, Bertram, Round Mountain, serenada,
Leander, Lakeway, Lago Vista, Granite Shoals, Bee Cave, Horseshoe
