The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of southeast Texas... including
the following Chambers... Galveston... Harris... Liberty...
Montgomery... Polk ... and San Jacinto.

* Until 3 am CDT Sunday

* excessive rainfall in localized areas mainly along and east of
I-45, associated with a disturbance pushing in from the east.

* There is a potential for small stream, street and urban
flooding in low lying and poor draining areas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
