The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
southern Creek County in northeastern Oklahoma...
northwestern Okmulgee County in northeastern Oklahoma...
northern Okfuskee County in east central Oklahoma...

* until midnight CDT

* at 904 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
moving thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding in the advisory area. Radar estimates that between 1 and
2 inches of rain has fallen across southern creek and northern
Okfuskee County, with the heaviest rains near the Welty area.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...

Up to an inch of additional rainfall is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.
