At 1105 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 3 miles north of
White Oak, moving northeast at 40 mph.

Hazard... tennis Ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... people and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
Delaware County in northeastern Oklahoma...
Mayes County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* until 1245 am CDT

* at 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Radar estimates that between 1 and 2.5 inches
of rain has fallen along this west to east band of storms across
central Mayes and Delaware counties.
