* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
Benton County in northwestern Arkansas...
Carroll County in northwestern Arkansas...

* until 230 am CDT

* at 929 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of
thunderstorms sinking slowly south across northwest Arkansas. This
will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar has been
estimating 1 to 2 inch per hour rain rates with this band of
convection.

* From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday morning.

* Widespread showers and thunderstorms will spread across eastern
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas this evening and overnight.
Locally excessive rainfall amounts are likely. Recent heavy
rainfall may result in rapid onset flash flooding.
