The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 9 am MDT this morning.

* Timing... through 9 am today.

* Visibility... one quarter mile or less.

* Impacts... low visibilities will impact travel. Motorists should
allow extra time to reach their destination and use low beam
headlamps while traveling.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

... Areas of fog to persist through 9 am today...

Areas of fog will continue across much of the western Nebraska
Panhandle in addition to Niobrara County in Wyoming through 9 am
today. Visibilities will be reduced to locally below one half mile
at times. Motorists traveling across this area this morning should
use low beam headlamps and leave extra time to reach their
destination. This fog will dissipate by mid-morning.
