... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 PM CST Friday...

* hazards... heavy snow and blowing snow.

* Snow accumulation... 5 to 7 inches with locally higher amounts.

* Timing... light snow will continue through the overnight hours
and taper off during the afternoon hours Friday.

* Winds... north at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 40 mph.

* Impacts... travel will become dangerous as roads become snow-
covered and slick. Falling and blowing snow will reduce
visibilities.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow is
expected or occurring. Strong winds are likely. This will make
travel very hazardous or impossible.
