The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of southwest Iowa and southeast Nebraska... including
the following areas... in southwest Iowa... Fremont and Page. In
southeast Nebraska... Nemaha... Pawnee and Richardson.

* Through Thursday morning

* thunderstorms will continue through tonight and potentially
bring locally heavy rain in excess of 2 to 3 inches in an short
time.

* Water may cover roads and rapid rises on local streams are
possible tonight. Be especially cautious at night when it is
harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
Be prepared to take action should flash flood warnings be issued.

miles north of Table Rock... or 29 miles northwest of Falls City...
moving east at 30 mph.

Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Auburn... Johnson... 8 miles south of Johnson and 7 miles south of
Auburn.
