Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 3:12 AM CST Feb. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 9 PM CST this
evening...

* timing... a mixture of freezing drizzle and light snow will
transition to all snow this morning. Snow, moderate at times,
will continue today before tapering off by early evening.

* Snow accumulations... snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are
possible.

* Impact... reduced visibilities due to blowing snow will make
travel difficult. In addition, the freezing drizzle this morning
will further exacerbate the hazardous driving conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
periods of snow with blowing snow will cause primarily travel
difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited
visibilities, and use extra caution while driving.
