... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon akst
Friday...

* winds... south 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph near Brooks
range passes.

* Blowing snow... reducing visibility to one half mile or less at
times.

* Snow... 3 to 5 inches.

* Timing... conditions will improve early Friday as winds and snow
diminish.

* Impacts... travel and outdoor activities will be difficult.
