* until 1100 am CDT Thursday

* at 455 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. 3 to 5 inches inches of rain have fallen and
an additional 1 inch is possible over the next 6 hours.
