* at 547 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to 1.5 inches of rain has been reported over the southern
parts of Liberty since 5 PM.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
