Special Statement
Issued: 3:05 PM CST Feb. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Areas of fog possible tonight...

The light winds and abundant low level moisture will likely result
in the development of fog overnight, mainly after midnight.
Visibility in some locations will fall below a mile, and may be
dense in some areas. This fog would linger into early Wednesday,
before dissipating around mid morning.

People traveling across central and southeast Illinois overnight,
and especially early Wednesday when work and school traffic has
increased, should remain alert for rapid changes in visibility.
Allow sufficient time to reach your destination, and watch for
slow or stopped traffic.
