... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 PM this
afternoon to noon akst Thursday...

* snow... 2 to 5 inches.

* Blowing snow... reducing visibility to one half mile or less.

* Winds... east 15 to 25 mph locally gusting to 40 mph.

* Timing... conditions will deteriorate Wednesday afternoon as
the winds increase and light snow moves into the area.
