* Forecast... rise to 16.6 feet Wednesday... then begin falling.
* Impact... at 16.5 feet... water affects houses on 1st street in
Oquawka.

An area of scattered thunderstorms and showers has developed and will
move east across the region through 7 am. The strongest storms may
produce small hail up to a half inch in diameter and brief heavy
downpours. Most locations will see light rain amounts with some
localized amounts over a quarter of inch.
