Winter Storm Watch
Issued: 8:42 PM MST Dec. 3, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Sunday morning
through Monday morning...

The National Weather Service in Missoula has continued the Winter
Storm Watch... which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through
Monday morning.

* Impacts/timing: light snow will begin Sunday morning but the
most intense snow is expected during the evening. The
combination of accumulating snow, wind, and quickly dropping

due to snow and blowing snow reducing visibility Sunday
evening.

* Snow accumulations Sunday through Monday morning: 2 to 6
inches.

* Winds: gusty west northwest winds 0f 20 to 30 miles per hour
with the cold front Sunday evening.
