... Moderate to heavy band of snow tonight north central into the
northern James River Valley...

A band of moderate to heavy snow across north central North
Dakota this evening will spread southeast into the northern James
River Valley tonight. Snowfall accumulations between 2 and 4
inches are expected with this band. Locations impacted by this
snowfall include Rice Lake, Minot, Velva, Anamoose, Harvey, and
Carrington.

Use caution if traveling as slick and snow covered roads are
likely. Avoid the use of cruise control during winter driving
conditions.
