Special Statement
Issued: 9:04 PM CST Dec. 7, 2016 – National Weather Service

Winds have decreased slightly across the Devils Lake basin and Red
River valley allowing visibilities to improve. However, gusts of
20-30 mph will still be possible during the overnight hours and
into early Thursday morning. Therefore, some reductions in
visibility will still be possible in light snow showers or blowing
snow from this week's fresh snowfall, especially in open country.
Please continue to use caution when traveling overnight or during
the Thursday morning commute.
