Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 3:48 AM CST Dec. 6, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 9 am this morning to
9 PM CST this evening...

The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued
a Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow... which is in
effect from 9 am this morning to 9 PM CST this evening.

* Expect snow to develop around 9 am and then diminish around 9
PM.

* Total snow accumulations of up to 2 inches are expected.

* Reduced visibilities can be expected at times due to falling
snow combined with westerly winds of 20 to 30 mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to a combination of falling and
blowing snow. Use caution when traveling... especially in open
areas.
