counties... including the cities of Washburn... Bayfield and
Ashland.

* Timing... the most intense snow Thursday morning... with light
snow lingering through Friday night.

* Snow accumulations... 3 to 6 inches.

* Winds... northwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Visibilities... as low as a quarter mile at times.

* Impacts... the heavy snow will create snow covered roads and
produce scattered power outages.
