The Flood Warning continues for
the Kickapoo river at Readstown.
* Until Thursday morning... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 5:00 am Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall... dropping below flood
stage Wednesday.
* Impact... at 16.5 feet... water is over Charles street on the east
side of the bridge.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Kickapoo river at Viola.
* Until Tuesday evening... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:20 PM Friday the stage was 18.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall... dropping below flood
stage Monday evening.
* Impact... at 17.0 feet... water is flowing over Highway 56 east of
Viola.

Through 10 am, areas of dense fog continue across parts of
central and southwest Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and
northeast Iowa. This fog will reduce visibilities to less than a
quarter mile in some locations.

If traveling this morning, be alert to the potential for quick
changes in visibility along your Route. This fog is expected to
burn off by 10 am.
