Issued: 2:44 PM CDT Mar. 25, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11 PM this evening to
9 am CDT Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for freezing rain, which is in effect from 11 PM
this evening to 9 am CDT Sunday.

* Timing... rain is expected to move into the area late this
evening at which point temperatures may be cold enough to freeze
on surfaces. The freezing rain will continue through mid-Sunday
morning.

* Ice accumulations... around one-tenth of an inch of ice is
possible generally north of Highway 8

* impacts... the ice will result in difficult travel conditions on
untreated roads and sidewalks.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads,
and use caution while driving. The latest Wisconsin Road
conditions can be obtained by calling 511.
