Saturday...

* expect a wintry mix of light snow, rain, and even freezing rain
to switch over to all snow through the evening.

* Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches is expected,
along with a light glaze of ice.

* Some minor drifting snow is possible along open areas and ridge
tops.

* Roads are likely to become snow covered and slick through the
evening as snow returns.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Yellow River at Necedah.
* Until Tuesday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:30 am Friday the stage was 18.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall... dropping below flood
stage by Monday evening.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Wisconsin river at Castle Rock dam.
* At 9:10 am Friday the flow was 35110 cfs.
* Flood stage is 30000 cfs.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river flow will continue nearly into early Sunday
and then drop below flood stage late Sunday.
