during the late afternoon or early evening.

* Snow accumulations... 3 to 5 inches.

* Winds... south to southeast increasing to 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to 20 mph.

* Impacts... reduced visibility and slippery spots on untreated
roads creating hazardous travel.
