... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening...

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
evening.

* Precipitation rates... the heaviest snowfall rates will be in the
morning with areas west and south of Madison already seeing a
diminishing trend but snow intensity there may pick up again by
noon.

* Snow accumulations... total snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches
are expected.

* Visibilities... look for significant reductions in visibility...
   down as low as one half mile at times.

* Impacts... hazardous driving conditions are expected due to
snow covered roads and reduced visibilities.
