Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 5:22 AM CDT Mar. 26, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am CDT this morning...

The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a
dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 10 am CDT this
morning.

* Timing... now through 10 am CDT.

* Visibility... expect visibility to remain between less than a
quarter mile.

* Impacts... travel will be impacted. Expect very poor visibility
and driving conditions along with longer travel times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Use
extra caution near intersections and Railroad crossings as
oncoming cars and trains may be hidden from view by dense fog.
