... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 330 PM CDT Monday for
southern Clayton and southern Fayette counties...

At 851 PM CDT, flood waters are receding but many roads have been
washed out and are impassable. Water levels remain high in spots.
Continue to heed Road closures and never attempt to cross flood
waters by vehicle or on food.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oelwein, Guttenberg, Fayette, Strawberry Point, Edgewood, Maynard,
Arlington, Volga, Stanley, Wadena, Westgate, North Buena Vista,
Garber, Randalia, Osterdock, Elkport, Millville,

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
