Areas of fog will continue to develop through daybreak across
portions of northwest Iowa, southern Minnesota, and adjacent areas
of South Dakota and Nebraska. Visibilities in fog are expected to
be highly variable but will fall below 2 miles. In localized
areas visibilities may even fall as low as one quarter mile at
times.

Those traveling this morning should use extra caution and be
prepared for rapidly changing visibilities. Fog and visibilities
will improve by mid-morning.
