... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 1100 am CDT Thursday for
northeastern Chickasaw... Howard... Allamakee and Winneshiek
counties...

Numerous roads remain closed across the area due to washouts and
high water. Water levels are starting to fall but moderate to major
flooding continues along portions of the upper Iowa and Turkey
rivers.

Use extreme caution if you are traveling through northeast Iowa and
do not drive around barricades. Stay away from flood waters.
