* No flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise to flood stage midday today. Continue rising to
15.4 feet... or 0.4 feet above flood stage... Tuesday morning. Then
begin falling and go below flood stage early Thursday morning.
* Impact... at 15.0 feet... in Perry... farmland floods and the waste
water treatment facility is affected. Near Adel... the Fairgrounds
