A lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect from midnight
tonight to 3 PM EST Friday.

* Expect snow to develop around midnight and then diminish
around 3 PM Friday.

* The heaviest snowfall rates will occur Thursday through Thursday
night.

* Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches are expected.

* Look for reduced visibilities at times.

* Plan on difficult driving conditions... including during the
