Watches & Warnings

Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 3:09 AM EST Jan. 20, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory now in effect until 11 am EST this
morning...

* visibility... areas of poor visibility. One quarter of a mile
or less.

* Impacts... difficult driving conditions. Also... some
temperatures were at or just below freezing which will allow
the fog to freeze on untreated surfaces.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance from the car
ahead of you.
