Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 9:33 PM EST Jan. 22, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until noon EST Monday...

* visibility... dense fog will continue to develop as we head into
the overnight hours across northern Michigan... with
visibilities reduced to a quarter mile or less. The fog will
gradually dissipate late Monday morning.

* Impacts... low visibilities will lead to difficult driving
conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
