... Dense fog advisory now in effect until 10 am EST this
morning...

this morning... with visibilities reduced to a quarter mile or
less at times. The fog will gradually dissipate later this
morning and early afternoon.

* Impacts... low visibilities will lead to difficult driving

reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
