... Freezing Rain Advisory now in effect until 2 am EST Tuesday...

Hazardous weather...

* freezing rain and sleet have developed between I-94 and I-96
   and will continue moving north this afternoon.

* The freezing rain will change to rain from southwest to
   northeast late this afternoon into tonight. Up to a quarter
   inch of ice could accumulate on colder surfaces.


Impacts...

* the roads are expected to become icy in places especially
   this afternoon and evening.

* Secondary and especially dirt roads will hold onto the ice
   longer than primary and paved roads.

* Scattered power outages are likely to occur.
