Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 3:40 PM EST Dec. 10, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 7 am Sunday to 7 am EST
Monday...

The National Weather Service in Gaylord has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory... which is in effect from 7 am Sunday to 7 am
EST Monday.

* Snow will overspread northern Michigan from southwest to
northeast Sunday morning... eventually diminishing from west to
east Sunday night.

* The heaviest snowfall rates will occur Sunday afternoon into
early Sunday evening.

* Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches are expected with the
highest amounts south of M-55.

* Look for reduced visibilities at times.

* Plan on slippery Road conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
