Special Weather Statement issued by Environment. 07:43 AM EDT Friday 24 March 2017.
A low pressure system, currently over Northern Texas will track toward the Great Lakes Saturday and Sunday. A warm front associated with this system will move into southernmost parts of Quebec Sunday morning and move northeastward. A period of freezing rain, more or less extended, will be brought by the front.

Model guidance suggests there is still some uncertainty regarding possible scenarios. Consequently, the types and amounts of precipitation expected remain uncertain.
