... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Monday morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of southern Indiana and north central Kentucky.

* Through Monday morning

* a very moist tropical airmass will remain over the region
through Monday morning ahead of a cold front. Showers and
thunderstorms will again impact the region, mainly this
afternoon into the overnight hours. Many areas across southern
Indiana and north central Kentucky received several inches of
rain Friday night and Saturday morning, leaving the ground
saturated and not receptive to additional rainfall. 1 to 2
inches of rainfall are possible in the Flash Flood Watch area,
with isolated higher amounts.


* If you encounter flooding while out on the roads, do not drive
into the floodwaters. Turn around, don't drown!

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
