... Freezing Rain Advisory now in effect until 10 PM PST this
evening...

* locations... Moscow, Plummer, Potlatch, Genesee, Coeur D'Alene,
Post Falls, Hayden, Worley, Kellogg, Pinehurst, Osburn,
Wallace, Mullan, Fourth of July Pass, Dobson Pass, Lookout
Pass, Pullman, Colfax, Rosalia, La Crosse, Oakesdale, Tekoa,
Uniontown, Spokane, Cheney, Davenport, and Rockford.

* Ice accumulations... between a trace to few hundreths.

* Timing... a band of very light wintry precipitation will pass
through the area today and then another round of light freezing
rain will arrive this evening but gradually change to simple
warm rain overnight.

* Impacts... any sleet or freezing rain will lead to very slick
roads and walkways especially for the afternoon and evening
commute period.

* Temperatures... in the teens to 20s warming 20s to lower 30s.
