... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Monday afternoon
through late Tuesday night...

* what... heavy snow possible. Plan on difficult travel conditions.
Total snow accumulations of 9 to 13 inches, with mountain
accumulations up to 25 inches, are possible.

* Where... Leavenworth, Mazama, Twisp, Winthrop, Stehekin,
Conconully, Blewett Pass, and Loup Loup pass.

* When... from Monday afternoon through late Tuesday night.

* Additional details... heavy snow accumulations Tuesday will
create very difficult travel conditions. Localized power outages
will be possible from heavy wet snow. Heaviest snow
accumulations will be near the crest. Lower snow amounts for the
eastern valleys closest to the Columbia River.
