Issued: 10:31 AM PST Jan. 17, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 9 am PST Wednesday...

* locations... Moses Lake, Ephrata, Othello, and Quincy.

* Ice accumulations... between 0.15 and 0.35". Locally up to half
an inch near Coulee Dam.

* Timing... first round of very light wintry precipitation
arrives this morning. Look for a break this afternoon with
occasional freezing drizzle then moderate to heavy freezing
rain arrives this evening and continues through Wednesday.

* Impacts... significant ice accumulations will create
treacherous travel conditions, tree damage, and power outages.
Areas with less freezing rain and more snow and sleet will see
significant impacts to travel but a lower threat for power
outages.
