* lake effect snow showers will expand in coverage and intensity
   into this morning. Some blowing and drifting snow of the snow
   may occur in outlying areas.

* Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are possible
   through the morning.

* Wind chills 10 above to 15 above zero.

Impacts...

* snow covered and slippery roads are expected especially from
   late this evening into Friday morning.
