* at 531 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
scattered strong thunderstorms. This will cause localized minor
flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Beech Grove... Speedway... Southport... Westfield... Cumberland...
