Thursday for significantly unstable conditions for fire weather
zones or601... or602... or603... or605... or606... or607... or608...
or612... wa601... wa602... wa604 and wa660...

* affected area... in Oregon... fire weather zones 601... 602...
603... 605... 606... 607... 608 and 612. In Washington... fire
weather zones 601... 602... 604 and 660.

* Haines... mid level Haines 6 Thursday afternoon with dry and
unstable conditions.

* Relative humidity... as low as 16 percent away from the immediate
coast.

* Temperatures... in the mid to upper 90s... except around 90
degrees in the north Oregon Coast Range and Cascade valleys.

* Impacts... fire starts will have the potential for rapid spread
from spotting and for plume dominated growth due to
instability.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... .or will shortly. A combination of
strong instability and low relative humidity can contribute to
extreme fire behavior.
