* Location... north central Minnesota... the Brainerd lakes
region... the twin ports... east central Minnesota and northwest
Wisconsin.

* Visibilities... a quarter mile or less.

* Timing... tonight through Sunday morning.

* Impacts... limited visibilities will make travel very difficult.
