... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 10 PM EDT this
evening...

* locations... northern Maine... the Penobscot region including
greater Bangor... and interior downeast Maine.

* Hazard types... snow... sleet and freezing rain.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches... along
with around a trace of ice.

* Ice accumulations... a tenth of an inch or less.

* Timing... early this morning through early this evening.

* Impacts... expect some travel difficulties. Snow, sleet and a
thin glaze of ice will produce slippery conditions.

* Winds... southeast 5 to 10 mph.

* Temperatures... in the upper 20s.
