Freezing Fog Advisory
Issued: 11:23 PM PST Jan. 19, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Freezing fog advisory remains in effect until 10 am PST
Friday...

* timing... areas of freezing fog will persist through the night
into Friday morning.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Impacts... this fog can make Road surfaces and sidewalks slick.
Motorists should use caution and slow down as visibilities
will be reduced and stopping will be difficult due to black
ice.

* Temperatures... lows in the upper 20s. Highs in the mid 30s.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freezing fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
Also... be alert for frost on bridge decks causing slippery roads.
