Storm Watch... which is in effect from Thursday morning through
Friday morning.

* Locations... Connell... Prosser... Tri-Cities... Dayton...
Waitsburg... Walla Walla.

* Snow accumulations... 3 to 5 inches.

* Ice accumulations... around a trace .

* Timing... snow will develop Thursday morning then increase in
intensity Thursday afternoon and Thursday night. In addition... a
wintry mix of snow... sleet and freezing rain is expected
