evening above 3500 feet...

* locations... Craigmont, Winchester, and soldiers Meadow Road.

* Hazard elevation... above 3500 feet.

* Snow accumulations... total accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.

* Timing... the most significant accumulations are expected this
morning and early this afternoon before snow decreases to snow
showers.

* Impacts... snow will be wet and slushy. Roads that are not plowed
